By using the SAPEO platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SAPEO, a crowdfunding platform accessible at www.sapeo.org, operated by ASSISTROVIA LLC (trading as SAPEO, 2705 Cardenas Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA).
These Terms apply to any individual or legal entity ("User") who accesses the Platform, whether as a visitor, campaign creator ("Creator") or donor ("Donor"). By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge having read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
Use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, formalized when you: ✅ create a user account; ✅ publish a fundraising campaign; ✅ make a donation; ✅ continue browsing beyond simple consultation. If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using the Platform.
SAPEO is a crowdfunding platform that allows Creators to publish fundraising campaigns for personal, charitable, or entrepreneurial projects, and Donors to contribute financially through secure Stripe payments. SAPEO acts as a technical intermediary and does not guarantee campaign success or how funds are used.
To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, hold a valid email address, and accept these Terms. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and must immediately notify SAPEO of any unauthorized use. Creators must complete KYC verification to withdraw funds.
Creators must provide accurate, honest descriptions and may only use media they own rights to. SAPEO reserves the right to moderate, suspend or remove campaigns that violate these Terms, including fraudulent, hateful or illegal campaigns.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All donations are final and irrevocable except in cases of verified technical error or fraud. Donors receive an automatic receipt by email. An optional tip for SAPEO can be added during payment.
⏳ First Campaign — Withdrawal Conditions
SAPEO charges no commission on funds raised. Stripe processing fees (~1.5%) apply per transaction. Withdrawals are free.
The Platform and all its content are the exclusive property of SAPEO and protected by intellectual property laws. By publishing content, Creators grant SAPEO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content for campaign promotion purposes.
SAPEO shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions, data loss, fraudulent use of funds by Creators, or indirect damages. Creators are solely responsible for the legality of their campaigns and the use of collected funds.
Users may delete their account at any time from profile settings or by emailing sapeo@sapeo.org. SAPEO may suspend or delete any account for violations, fraud, authority requests, or prolonged inactivity (over 24 months).
SAPEO may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email, in-app notification, and on next login. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico. Users may also contact the FTC or the BBB for dispute resolution.
