Supporting the young people of the JEDEV association who protect the environment through reforestation, recycling…. etc.

As members of an environmental association, our project aims to protect nature by controlling deforestation, while also reforestation, recycling non-biodegradable plastics, and strengthening social solidarity through mobility, art, and culture.

JEDEV, since its inception, has carried out its activities thanks to the commitment of its members, volunteers, and partners. A large part of our work is funded directly by our own resources and by the desire of our members to contribute to the development of our communities. However, our resources are limited because we live in disadvantaged neighborhoods and struggle to secure substantial funding. This year, faced with increasing needs and the challenges encountered on the ground, as well as shared successes and positive feedback, we want to strengthen, diversify, and expand our projects. But to do so, we need to find more funding. While searching online, I came up with the idea of ​​launching this fundraising campaign and asking for your help. Our fundraising goal: €20,000 Every contribution, regardless of its amount, is invaluable and brings us closer to our goal. We have developed several projections based on the amount raised; here is a summary. 40% of the funds will be used to support clean-up campaigns in markets, rivers, and natural and public spaces by financing the purchase of gloves, bags, boots, tools, and collection equipment. 30% of the funds will be used to implement waste collection, sorting, and recycling programs to raise community awareness of this issue and provide concrete solutions. This will also allow us to train more young people in recycling skills. 20% of the funds will enable us to organize environmental protection awareness campaigns in schools, markets, and neighborhoods. 10% of the funds will be dedicated to the association's logistics, including transportation, communication, and volunteer coordination.
