Hi! My name is Sophia Hayes, and I’m 15 years old. I’ve dreamed of having a camera for over a year and have been saving money, but I still need help reaching my goal. I want to use it to make vlogs, take photos, and capture memories with my family and friends. I don’t want it for fame, but to keep special moments I can look back on in the future. Every donation will help me get closer to my goal

Before anything, I know there are people on this platform going through much harder things than I am. My fundraiser isn't for something urgent, and I know that. I just wanted to take a chance and ask for a little help with something I've been dreaming about for a long time.
I've wanted a camera for over a year. I started saving money because I hoped I could buy one for my 15th birthday in January. Even after saving for months, I still didn't have enough. I didn't want to give up, so I kept saving, and I decided to make this fundraiser too.
I've always wanted to make vlogs and record my everyday life. Not because I want to be famous, but because I want to keep memories. I want to record little moments with my parents, my family, and my friends. I also love taking pictures, and I think it would be really nice to look back at these memories in a few years.
Now that I'm 15, I feel like these are the years I'll remember the most. School, birthdays, vacations, and even normal days can become really special memories later. I'd love to be able to capture them with a real camera.
Every donation will go toward buying the camera, and I'll keep saving my own money too. Every little bit helps me get closer to my goal.
