Dear friends, family, and kind supporters,
I am stepping in to launch this urgent fundraiser on behalf of a close friend, a devoted parent currently residing in Thailand, who is facing a critical family emergency. Their young son is currently isolated in a logistically restricted foreign region subject to severe international sanctions and travel bans. A physical journey must be made immediately to secure him and bring him back safely to Thailand.Because direct travel routes to this region are completely closed, the legal, bureaucratic, and transit logistics are incredibly complicated and expensive. To ensure complete transparency and compliance with international banking regulations, I am hosting this campaign as a German citizen. All funds raised here will be securely held in my German bank account and will be used strictly within permitted international frameworks to pay for direct travel operations.
What the funds will directly cover:
Multi-Stop Transit Flights: Round-trip airfare from Thailand through authorized international transit hubs to reach the restricted region and return.
Visas & Emergency Travel Documents:
Urgent passport services, specialized entry visas, and official legal documentation required for the child's departure.
On-the-Ground Travel Expenses:
Safe emergency lodging and physical travel cash required to navigate local transit, as international electronic payment cards do not function in the destination region.
Compliance Note:
Absolutely zero funds from this campaign will be wire-transferred, sent, or deposited into any bank account within the restricted destination country. Every single Euro remains in compliant European and Thai custody to fund physical transport and legal processing fees.
