The problem

Small municipalities and rural areas face some of the most difficult territorial challenges: ageing populations, depopulation, changing migration patterns, declining services and limited resources.

At the same time, public administrations have access to enormous amounts of statistical and geographic data.

The problem isn't necessarily the lack of data. It's turning that data into information that can actually be used.

Public information is distributed across different institutions, formats and systems. Bringing it together, processing it and keeping it updated often requires technical skills, time and resources that smaller municipalities don't always have.

This is the problem we want to help solve.

The idea

We created a Territorial Intelligence Platform designed for small municipalities and rural areas.

It integrates public data from sources such as INE, SADEI, Catastro and other official datasets, transforming it into:

territorial indicators;
interactive maps;
dashboards;
demographic analysis;
reports and diagnostics.

The objective is simple:

Make complex public data easier to understand and more useful for local decision-making.

The platform is designed to be reusable across municipalities and adaptable to different territories and data sources.

We're not starting from an idea

We already have a working prototype.

The current MVP includes automated integration of public data, geospatial processing, territorial and demographic indicators, interactive dashboards and visualizations.

Now we need to take the next step:

put it in the hands of real users.

Our first pilot

We are starting in Asturias, Spain, where a municipality has expressed its willingness to collaborate as a pilot municipality.

The pilot will allow us to test the platform in a real administrative environment, understand how users work with the information, identify what is genuinely useful and improve the product accordingly.

Asturias is where we're starting.

It is not where we intend to stop.

The same challenges exist in many small municipalities and rural areas across Spain and beyond.

We're raising €20,000

This campaign is not intended to fund the entire company.

It is designed to fund the next critical milestone: completing the real-world pilot and turning our working prototype into a validated product.

The funds will allow us to dedicate the necessary working time and bring in collaborators to:

improve the platform and infrastructure;
prepare and run the pilot;
integrate additional data and indicators;
analyse feedback from real users;
make the improvements identified during the pilot;
cover essential operating costs during the validation period.
In other words:

Your contribution helps buy the time and resources needed to move from prototype → real-world validation.

I think that is a very strong crowdfunding proposition.

Why crowdfunding?

Because we want to prove something before trying to scale it.

Rather than building in isolation, we want to put the platform in front of real users, learn from them and improve it based on actual needs.

A successful pilot would give us something much more valuable than another feature:

evidence.

Evidence that a small municipality can use a specialized territorial intelligence platform to turn existing public data into something useful for planning and decision-making.

Our long-term goal is to build a scalable platform that can adapt to different territories while maintaining the same core approach: turning public data into accessible territorial intelligence.
