##My Story: Supporting the Journey of a Young Moroccan Student-Athlete
My name is Asmae El Jazouli, and I am a 15-year-old Moroccan student-athlete passionate about tennis, science, technology, education, and youth empowerment. I am currently working hard to build my future by balancing two demanding paths: becoming a competitive tennis player while pursuing academic excellence in STEM.
Tennis has become much more than a sport for me. It has taught me discipline, resilience, responsibility, and the importance of working every day toward ambitious goals. My dream is to compete at higher levels, participate in international tournaments, represent Morocco, and inspire other young athletes who also have big dreams.
At the same time, I am deeply passionate about education, technology, and innovation. I want to continue developing my STEM skills, create meaningful projects, participate in academic opportunities, and eventually use my knowledge to help other young people access opportunities and believe in their potential.
However, pursuing these goals comes with significant challenges. Competitive tennis requires many resources that are difficult to afford, including tournament registration fees, transportation, equipment, training costs, and travel expenses. Beyond tennis, as a student interested in technology and content creation, I also need reliable tools to learn, create, document my journey, and develop projects.
The funds raised will help me invest in the resources I need to continue progressing:
* A reliable laptop for my studies, programming, STEM projects, research, and academic opportunities.
* A smartphone to document my tennis journey, create content, communicate with coaches and opportunities, and build a personal platform.
* Tennis equipment such as rackets, strings, shoes, training accessories, and other necessities.
* Tournament expenses including registration fees, transportation, accommodation, and meals when competing.
* Educational resources and tools that support my academic development.
My fundraising goal is 50,000 MAD (€+6.000). These funds will help cover the essential resources needed for my development as a student-athlete: tennis equipment and competition expenses, a reliable laptop and smartphone for my academic work, STEM projects, content creation, and communication with opportunities, as well as educational resources.
Every donation will directly contribute to giving me access to opportunities that can change my future. It will allow me to train more effectively, compete more often, continue my education, develop projects, and share my journey to motivate other young people.
