Help Veronika Get a Chance at Treatment

Veronika is a 6-year-old girl who was diagnosed with a lesion in her brainstem after a sudden seizure. She urgently needs a biopsy to determine the exact type of tumor and identify possible treatment options. A specialized clinic in Israel is ready to perform the procedure. We are raising funds for this critical first step.

Veronika is 6 years old. She is our daughter, our beloved and happy child.

On August 27, 2026, she suddenly had a seizure during the night. After an urgent examination, doctors discovered a lesion in her brainstem.

For us as parents, this was a devastating shock. Now, all our attention is focused on one thing: finding a way to help Veronika.

Veronika is currently in the hospital. To determine the exact type of tumor and identify the most appropriate treatment, she needs a biopsy — a small sample of the tumor tissue for detailed examination.

A biopsy will allow doctors to determine what type of tumor process Veronika has and to find out whether there are medications that could specifically target this type of tumor.

Without a biopsy, treatment options are significantly limited. In this case, the main option is radiation therapy, which may temporarily slow the progression of the disease but does not provide the information needed to select a more targeted treatment.

We don't want to lose time.

We have found a specialized clinic in Israel whose doctors are prepared to perform the necessary biopsy for Veronika. We now need to raise the funds to cover the procedure and the related medical examinations.
