Help me bridge the remaining gap for my upfront UK university tuition deposit to match my £7,000 psychology merit scholarship.
📖 Die vollständige Geschichte
My name is Stephanie, and I am an aspiring psychologist from Lagos, Nigeria. Ever since I can remember, I have been deeply fascinated by human behavior, the human mind, and the incredible impact that dedicated mental health professionals can have on individual lives and communities. My ultimate dream is to dedicate my career to this field, helping people navigate their challenges and building a healthier society.
Recently, I took a massive step closer to that dream when I was officially offered a place at Abertay University in Dundee, Scotland, to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Psychology.
Receiving this admission offer was a moment of pure joy, but it was quickly followed by an even greater honor: Abertay University awarded me a prestigious £7,000 international merit scholarship. This scholarship is a testament to my hard work, my passion, and my academic dedication to the sciences. It covers a significant portion of my tuition, making an world-class international education feel like it is finally within my grasp.
However, to fully secure my spot, receive my necessary visa documentation (CAS), and officially make the journey to Scotland, I must pay an upfront tuition deposit. Despite the incredible generosity of the scholarship, a critical financial gap remains that my family and I cannot bridge alone due to the severe economic climate and extreme currency fluctuations.
This is why I am turning to the global community for support. I am seeking to raise £2,500 to completely cover the remainder of my mandatory upfront tuition deposit.
Every single donation, no matter how small, goes directly toward making my education a reality. By contributing to this campaign, you aren't just helping pay a university bill—you are investing in my future as a psychologist, allowing me to gain the skills needed to make a profound difference in the world.
If you are unable to donate financially, you can still play a massive role in my journey by sharing this campaign link with your network, your friends, and your community. Thank you so much for your kindness, your generosity, and for believing in my dream!
