I am a father and a former police officer with years of experience in child protection and criminal investigation. I have spent my career responding to cases of missing children, exploitation, and abuse. I have seen too many families left without answers. I am building Rai-Rai ChildGuard because I believe no parent should have to wonder if their child will come home.
I have already developed a working service model. I have secured monitoring software, a clear affordable pricing structure for service maintainance, and a team of four trained individuals ready to join me as soon as funding is available. What I lack is the capital to purchase equipment and launch operations.
I need €20,000 to launch a fully operational child monitoring and rapid response service.
How Will the Funds Be Used?
· Monitoring equipment and software: €2,000
· Two response vehicles: €7,500
· Drones for aerial search and rapid assessment: €3,000
· Fuel and vehicle maintenance: €2,000
· Salaries for a team of four (first 6 months): €5,000
What Impact Will This Have?
With €20,000, I will launch a fully operational child monitoring and rapid response service. Families will have access to GPS tracking, digital monitoring, and weekly updates. When a child goes missing, the response unit will deploy immediately on the ground and in the air to assist in locating them.
This service will be offered at an affordable rate, with subsidised access for low-income families.
I have received requests from families who cannot afford private security, confirming the urgent need for an affordable, professional service.
