My name is Mfoniso Okoko, and I am the founder of Fonora, a technology-driven beauty platform that combines skincare, haircare, beauty education, and digital innovation to help people make informed decisions about caring for their skin and hair.
Fonora started with a simple idea: beauty should be based on knowledge, not guesswork. Many people struggle to find trustworthy information and products that truly meet their skincare and haircare needs. I wanted to build something that empowers people with reliable guidance while providing professionally formulated products they can trust.
To bring this vision to life, I have been developing the Fonora app, which is designed to support users on their skincare and haircare journey. At the same time, I am investing in professional training in skincare and haircare formulation so that every product developed under Fonora Beauty is created with knowledge, safety, and quality at its core.
Building a startup is exciting, but it also comes with financial challenges. The cost of completing the app and purchasing the ingredients and materials required for my practical formulation training is more than I can currently afford on my own.
