I am a mother of three beautiful daughters living in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
Recently, our lives were turned upside down when my husband suddenly left our family. Left completely alone to provide for three young girls, I faced immense pressure and the heavy shadow of depression. In my search for ways to feed my children, I faced offers of financial help that came with compromises to my character. I refused them all. I choose to stand tall, keep my integrity, and be a proud role model for my daughters.
I am an educated woman with a deep passion for sustainable agriculture. Instead of asking for temporary charity, I am building a future. I have already laid the foundation for a small poultry farming business, focusing on rearing broilers.
Agriculture is my pathway to independence. By growing this farm, I can:
