Supporting the JEDEV association in the protection of endangered animals

As members of an environmental association, our project aims to protect nature by controlling deforestation, promoting reforestation, recycling non-biodegradable plastics, and strengthening social solidarity through mobility, art, and culture. Animal protection is our priority; we also protect endangered species.

Since its inception, JEDEV has carried out its activities thanks to the commitment of its members, volunteers, and partners. A large part of our work is funded directly by our own resources and by the willingness of our members to contribute to the development of our communities. However, our resources are limited because we are based in disadvantaged neighborhoods and struggle to obtain significant funding. This year, faced with growing needs and the difficulties encountered on the ground, but also strengthened by our successes and the positive feedback received, we wish to reinforce, diversify, and expand our projects. To do this, we need to find more funding. It was while conducting online research that I had the idea to launch this crowdfunding campaign and ask for your help. Our goal: €20,000. Every contribution, regardless of the amount, is valuable and brings us closer to our goal. We have developed several projections based on the amount raised; Here is a summary. 15% of the funds will be used to finance clean-up campaigns in markets, rivers, and natural and public spaces, including the purchase of gloves, bags, boots, tools, and collection equipment. 35% will be used for animal protection. 10% will be dedicated to implementing waste collection, sorting, and recycling programs to raise public awareness of this issue and provide concrete solutions. This will also allow us to train more young people in recycling techniques. 20% of the funds will allow us to organize environmental protection awareness campaigns in schools, markets, and neighborhoods. 10% will be dedicated to the association's logistics, including transportation, communication, and volunteer coordination.
