📋 À propos de ce projet

I am currently experiencing financial hardship following retrenchment from my job as a financial advisor. This has affected my ability to cover essential living costs such as rent, transport, and household expenses. I am seeking temporary support to help stabilise my situation over the next few months while I work toward securing stable income again.

📖 L'histoire complète

I am currently going through a period of financial hardship following a recent retrenchment from my role as a financial advisor. I had only been in the position for a few months when I received news that my employment would be ending, which has had a significant impact on my financial stability.
Prior to this, I had relocated for work, while my mother remained in a rented home that I have continued to assist with where possible. I have been contributing toward rent and household expenses, but due to the loss of income, I am no longer able to maintain the same level of support.
Over time, financial pressure has gradually increased due to ongoing commitments such as rent, vehicle transportation, credit obligations, and essential living costs. Although I have been trying to manage these responsibilities, the sudden change in income has made it increasingly difficult to stay on top of everything.
I am currently renting with my partner, who earns less than I previously did, which has added additional strain on our household. The rising cost of essentials such as groceries, fuel, and transport in South Africa has further impacted our ability to manage day-to-day expenses.
This situation has been building over time, but has now reached a point where we are struggling to maintain financial stability. I had not felt confident or in a position to seek external support earlier, but it has now become necessary to ask for assistance.
The purpose of this campaign is to help us cover essential living expenses and stabilise our situation over the next 2–3 months, while I actively work on securing stable income again.

Funds raised will go toward essential living and stabilisation costs, including:
* Rental contributions and housing stability
* Basic groceries and household essentials
* Transport and fuel costs
* Vehicle and essential financial obligations
* Short-term support to cover the next 2–3 months

Closing
Any support received will go directly toward stabilising essential living expenses during this difficult transition period. I am sincerely grateful for any assistance and will provide updates throughout the process.

Best regards,
