📋 Sobre este projeto
Hi! I’m Mariama, a Civil Engineering student in Senegal.
I need a high-performance laptop (HP Spectre x360 or Envy x360) to run heavy engineering software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000 for my 3D design coursework.
Goal: 850000 fcfa (1300€ ~ 1500$)
Your support helps me complete my degree and build my future. Every donation or share makes a huge difference!
Thank you so much for your generosity❤

📖 A história completa
Title: Building My Future: Help Me Gear Up for Civil Engineering
Who I Am & My Situation
My name is Mariama and I am starting a 5-year Civil Engineering degree at Polytechnic School of Dakar in Senegal. Growing up, my father worked tirelessly every single day to keep food on our table and pay for our schooling. Seeing his sacrifices taught me the value of hard work. Now, as I transition into university, my mother and sister are doing everything they can to take over supporting my education, but our family's financial resources remain extremely tight.
My Specific Need
To succeed over the next five years, I urgently need a high-performance computer ,specifically an HP Spectre x360 16 (or HP Envy x360). Civil engineering requires intensive 3D design, calculations, and simulations using heavy software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000. Standard computers simply cannot run these tools. Having the right device is critical for me to complete coursework, design structural models, and pass my engineering exams.
How the Funds Will Be Used
Primary Need (Laptop Purchase): The primary goal of 850,000 FCFA (~$1,460 USD / €1,296 EUR) will go directly toward purchasing the laptop, including software setup and necessary protective accessories.
Family Support: If we surpass our goal, every remaining dollar will go directly to my mother and sister to relieve the heavy burden of my university tuition, books, and daily transportation costs.
The Impact & Urgent Deadline
My classes require this equipment immediately, and my campaign deadline is November 25.
This fundraiser is more than just about getting a computer , it is a 5-year investment in my future as a civil engineer. Graduating will allow me to design safe infrastructure for my community and build a stable future to give back to the family that sacrificed everything for me.
Every contribution, share, or word of encouragement makes a profound difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my dream!
